All By Myself

I don't necessarily have a great deal of things to say in this post. See, I'm on a train at the moment - going from Southampton Central to Clapham Junction - going home after having just spent three nights in a Southampton hotel on my own. I don't think I've ever felt so lonely. Okay, I admit, I loved having my own space - a hotel room to myself, a working TV on which I could watch anything I wanted... I didn't even feel the need to lock the bathroom door when I went to the loo! It was great to have that kind of freedom, I'd been craving it for a while.

Libraries for Life

There are so many things we take for granted in life. Clean running water. Having the freedom to make our own decisions in life. The deliciousness of the skin on KFC chicken! Very rarely do we actually stop to think about what it would be like without these things. There is one particular luxury I think we should dedicate more of our attention to: the library. I spent my time working at the library or fangirling on Twitter about the latest updates from McFly, McBusted and Hollywood Ending. My social life has consisted of a game of bowling once every couple of weeks, which is b...

Are you a Freak Like Me?!

Just a quickie! Last time, I fangirled about that awesome band called Hollywood Ending, and their new single, called Freak Like Me. I've had it stuck in my head all week, and have had certain looks from customers who have caught me singing it at work. (As I've said before, I work at a library. Little awkward.) It really is an awesome song though, which is hard not to sing and dance along to.
